Disclaimer

The following statements apply to FALIB® reporting outputs and the intended platform boundary for Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) use cases.

These notices are provided to clarify the intended interpretation of forecast reporting, modeled profit visibility, and the operational scope of BreakEven+™.

FALIB® Reporting

FALIB® is designed to support forecast visibility, modeled labor economics, pricing analysis, and operational cost analysis based on data and assumptions entered by the end-user.

⚠️ Disclaimer: FALIB® Reports

FALIB® reports are based on forecasted labor, operational costs, pass-through components, pricing assumptions, and other estimates entered by the end-user. Results depend on the completeness, accuracy, classification, assumptions, and timing of the information provided.

FALIB® reports should not be interpreted as incurred-cost actuals. Profit visibility and profit predictability within FALIB® refer to modeled forecast outcomes and not realized, verified, or audited financial results.

Profit outputs represent projected conditions derived from user-provided inputs and do not constitute evidence of actual earnings, final contract performance, recoverability, allowability, or accounting actuals.

FALIB® output is intended for internal planning, estimating, forecast visibility, pricing analysis, and modeled business analysis. It is not an accounting system of record and should not be used as a substitute for finalized financial statements, accounting records, audits, tax advice, incurred-cost reporting, or other required financial or regulatory submissions.

CUI Boundary Statement

BreakEven+™ is intended to support internal estimating, pricing, and forecasting workflows without directly storing, processing, or transmitting Controlled Unclassified Information.

⚠️ Disclaimer: CUI Boundary Statement

BreakEven+™ may be used in connection with contracts or projects involving Controlled Unclassified Information for internal estimating, pricing, and forecasting activities only when no CUI is uploaded to, stored in, processed by, or transmitted through the platform.

The platform is intended to remain outside the scope of CUI handling when used in accordance with this boundary statement and the Terms of Service.

Customers and Users are responsible for ensuring that no CUI, classified information, export-controlled technical data, or other excluded data is uploaded to, stored in, processed by, or transmitted through the platform.

This boundary statement does not determine whether a specific document, dataset, contract, or workflow contains CUI and does not constitute legal, cybersecurity, accounting, or regulatory advice.

Customers remain responsible for identifying applicable information-handling requirements and determining whether their use of the platform is appropriate.

If a Customer believes excluded data has been submitted inadvertently, the Customer should promptly contact Servvian® so appropriate action may be taken in accordance with the Terms of Service and applicable policies.

Platform Use Expectations

This statement is intended to clarify platform use expectations and support clearer internal controls around estimating, forecasting, pricing, and data-handling practices.
