The following statements apply to FALIB® reporting outputs and the intended platform boundary for Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) use cases.
These notices are provided to clarify the intended interpretation of forecast reporting, modeled profit visibility, and the operational scope of BreakEven PLUS™.
FALIB® is designed to support forecast visibility, modeled labor economics, and operational cost analysis based on data entered by the end-user.
FALIB® reports are based on forecasted labor, operational costs, pass-through components, and other cost estimates entered by the end-user, and should not be interpreted as incurred cost actuals.
Profit visibility and profit predictability in FALIB® refer to modeled forecast outcomes — not realized or audited financial results.
Profit outputs in FALIB® represent projected conditions derived from user-provided inputs and do not constitute evidence of actual earnings, final contract performance, or accounting actuals.
BreakEven PLUS™ is intentionally positioned to support internal estimating and forecasting workflows while remaining outside the scope of direct CUI handling.
BreakEven PLUS™ may be used on contracts designated as involving Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) for internal estimating and forecasting activities, provided no CUI is uploaded, stored, or processed within the platform.
The system is intentionally designed to remain outside the scope of CUI handling.
Users are responsible for ensuring that no Controlled Unclassified Information is entered into the platform where the intended workflow requires the system to remain outside the CUI boundary.
This statement is intended to clarify platform use expectations and support clearer internal controls around estimating, forecasting, and data handling practices.
