FALIB® Roll-Up
One current financial view. Every accepted record preserved.
FALIB® Roll-Up combines the accepted estimate and accepted Change Orders into a new job-level financial summary. It updates the consolidated view without changing the estimate, proposal, or any underlying Change Order.
Current job position
See the financial effect of accepted changes immediately.
As the job evolves, the Roll-Up shows what was originally accepted, what approved work added, and the new contract and profit position—without forcing the contractor to reconstruct the job manually.
What Roll-Up does
A controlled consolidation—not a revision of history.
The Roll-Up becomes available after the originating FALIB®-Mr or FALIB®-Sr, estimate, and proposal exist. It then includes accepted Change Orders, when any exist, and recalculates the current job totals.
Mr or Sr + accepted estimate
The originating forecast foundation and accepted proposal establish the priced job.
Change Orders are added
Only accepted Change Orders enter the consolidated financial view; each remains its own record.
Roll-Up recalculates the job
Contract cost, contract sum, profit, margin, hours, and tax are presented together.
Immutable record rule: a FALIB® report already used in bidding is not revised. A user creates a new report or a new accepted Change Order; the Roll-Up then produces a new versioned summary.
Accepted records included
The reviewer can see exactly what changed the job value.
This example contains one accepted estimate and one accepted Change Order. Their separate values remain visible before the combined result is presented.

Consolidated economics
Revenue, cost, profit, and margin reconcile in one view.
The Roll-Up does more than add contract values. It preserves the economic categories needed to understand the current job position, including labor, COG(S)/ODC, COM/ROI, and tax.
Versioned audit trail
The UUID connects the foundation, transactions, and Roll-Up version.
The report identifies each included transaction, its acceptance status, and the common FALIB® UUID. The Roll-Up Trail then records the generated date and version of the consolidated output.

- Identify the Roll-Up date, version, job number, and UUID.
- Confirm each included estimate or Change Order is marked accepted.
- Reconcile each record’s contract cost, contract sum, profit, and margin.
- Match those records to the new consolidated totals without changing the originals.
