This Privacy Policy outlines how Servvian® collects, uses, and protects Personally Identifiable Information (PII) across its websites, software, and related services.

It explains what information may be collected, how that information may be used, and the general safeguards and procedures surrounding its handling.

We collect certain information through our websites, including servvian.com and bep.servvian.com, and through BreakEven+™ and related Servvian® products and services.

This Privacy Policy describes our policies and procedures surrounding the collection and handling of information that identifies, or could reasonably be used to contact or locate, an individual user or a user’s customers who are individuals (“Personally Identifiable Information” or “PII”).

This Privacy Policy applies only to the Servvian® websites, products, and services referenced here. It does not apply to any third-party website or service linked to, recommended by, or accessed through our websites, products, services, or staff. It also does not apply to other websites, products, services, or offline activities unless expressly stated.

Third-party websites, payment processors, integrations, and services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

A. Personally Identifiable Information We Collect

We may collect the following Personally Identifiable Information from users who access, purchase, or use our products or services:

  • Names
  • Email addresses
  • Telephone numbers
  • Business or mailing addresses
  • Account, subscription, and transaction information necessary to provide and administer the products and services
  • Payment information necessary to process transactions. Payment card information is processed by Stripe, our third-party payment processor, in accordance with Stripe’s privacy and security practices. Servvian® does not store complete payment card numbers.

We may use cookies and similar technologies to recognize returning users, remember preferences, support account functionality, analyze website usage, improve performance, and enhance the user experience.

Cookies and similar technologies may provide usage information, including how frequently a user visits, the pages or features accessed, the approximate time spent using the websites or services, and actions taken during a session.

Servvian® websites, products, and services are intended solely for authorized business users and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect Personally Identifiable Information from children under the age of 13. Individuals who are not legally authorized to enter into business transactions should not use the products or services independently.

B. Excluded Data and CUI Boundary

Servvian® products and services are not intended to store, process, or transmit Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), classified information, export-controlled technical data, or other categories of excluded data identified in our Terms of Service.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that excluded data is not uploaded to, stored in, processed by, or transmitted through the Service.

If a Customer believes excluded data has been submitted inadvertently, the Customer should promptly contact Servvian® so appropriate actions may be taken in accordance with applicable policies and the Terms of Service.

C. Our Use of PII

Personally Identifiable Information may be used to:

  • Create and administer user accounts
  • Communicate with users about products and services they have purchased or requested
  • Provide information about additional products, services, or features
  • Support the use, maintenance, and operation of our products and services
  • Process billing, payments, and subscription activity
  • Enforce our websites’ and Servvian® products’ Terms of Service and related policies
  • Detect, investigate, or prevent misuse, fraud, unauthorized access, or unlawful activity
  • Prevent imminent harm to persons or property

We may use cookies and similar technologies so that our websites, products, and services can recognize returning users, remember preferences, and provide information and functionality that may be relevant to them.

D. Security and Protection of PII

No method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Accordingly, even with these safeguards, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of PII.

By using our websites, products, and services, users acknowledge that online systems involve inherent security and privacy risks.

E. Service Providers, Disclosures, and Anonymized Data

Service Providers and Contractors

We may provide certain independent contractors and service providers with access to Personally Identifiable Information when reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, secure, support, or improve our websites, products, and services.

Aggregate and Anonymized Information

We may compile, analyze, publish, or share aggregate or anonymized information concerning the use, operation, and performance of our websites, products, and services.

Aggregate and anonymized information is processed so that it does not personally identify an individual user, Customer, or other person.

Servvian® does not sell Personally Identifiable Information. Except as described in this Privacy Policy, we do not disclose PII to third parties.

F. Data Retention

We retain Personally Identifiable Information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide and administer our products and services, maintain accounts and subscriptions, process transactions, support legitimate business operations, fulfill contractual and legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements and policies.

Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information, the purpose for which it was collected, the status of the Customer’s account, operational requirements, and applicable legal or contractual obligations.

When information is no longer reasonably required, it may be deleted, anonymized, aggregated, or securely disposed of in accordance with our applicable procedures and legal obligations.

G. Accessing and Correcting Your PII

Users may access and update certain Personally Identifiable Information through their account or through the applicable Servvian® product or service.

Users who are unable to access or correct their information through the Service may contact Servvian® through the contact information provided on our website.

We may take reasonable steps to verify the identity, account ownership, or authority of a person submitting a privacy-related request before providing access to information or making requested changes.
